Watson brings more than four decades of agency and client-side marketing leadership, deepening CVA’s ability to serve brands, agencies, and content production companies navigating the shift to AI-augmented content production.

LOS ANGELES, May 12, 2026. Coastalview Advisory, Inc. (CVA) today announced that Molly Watson has joined the firm as Executive Advisor, Client Strategy. CVA helps brands, agencies, and content production companies define where generative AI belongs in their content operations and build the workflows, teams, and systems to deliver content at scale. Watson brings decades of advertising agency and client-side marketing experience. Having worked as agency operator, brand-side CMO, and client of production companies, she brings firsthand understanding of the challenges every CVA client faces.

Marketing leaders today face mounting pressure to integrate AI into their content operations faster, with less headcount and tighter budgets. The question is no longer whether to adopt AI. It is how to do it in a way that makes teams stronger, preserves brand voice and creative quality, and delivers the efficiency the business demands. Watson built her agency career over three decades, first at VMLY&R in New York and then over twenty years in Philadelphia at Tierney Communications (Omnicom). There she rose to Chief Marketing Officer and then Chief Operating Officer, leading strategy across $200 million in agency billings with consistent gross margin growth over her tenure. Most recently, as the first CMO at IndeVets following private equity investment, she built the brand from scratch and helped drive revenue that more than quadrupled in four years across an organization that grew to over 400 employees operating in 36 states.
