Privacy Policy

What we collect

Analytics, on consent. When you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage: pages viewed, time on page, referring source, approximate geographic region, device type. We use this data to understand which content is working. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. Decline the banner and no analytics cookies are set.

Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional company, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not run ad targeting. We do not build profiles for resale. We do not use your data to train models.

Your choices

Analytics consent. On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser (a single localStorage entry, cva-consent). To change your mind: clear that entry in your browser’s site data settings and the banner will reappear.

Data requests. If you have submitted the contact form and want a copy of your message, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email info@coastalviewadvisory.com and we will handle it within 30 days.

Third parties

We use Vercel to host the site, Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage data, and an email-delivery service for contact form notifications. These vendors process limited data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not enable advertising features on any of them.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we update the effective date at the top of this page. For ongoing visitors, your previous consent choice remains in effect; you can change it any time by clearing the site data described above.
